Working remotely on a part time basis (40 hours per week) for the IB UPU, carrying out a feasibility study over 6 months and formulating a proposal to be submitted to the Board and available to travel to conduct onsite surveys when needed: a) Identify the final list of DOs to benefit from the Common Fund Projects (CFP) EAD project. b) Determine the exact IT support required for each participating DO. c) Determine mobile solutions application and exact deployment of CDS kiosk. d) Determine the most suitable EAD compliance solutions from various options analysed and considered. e) Propose a provisional GANTT chart for the CFP EAD project, indicating the timelines and milestones for the entire project implementation The methodology envisaged for the feasibility study includes the following: • On-site survey • Scoping of project • Visits and discussions with potential participating DOs to gauge their EAD capabilities (IT infrastructure, CDS, etc.), transportation links and readiness for security standards compliance of S58 and S59 • Visits to potential site for regional compliance hub and assessment of the site thereof for the pilot, based on minimum requirements established for the EAD regional hub • Remote assessment of the operating environment of potential participating DOs to determine possible data capture solutions with a view to conducting a pilot project for the implementation of the IT tool
